Wide range of Microfiltration Filter Units designed for various capacities are capable of filtering fine impurities by using special grade filter papers along with PP Cloth or cartridges of various pore size.

Precision Hersteller introduces an innovative micro filtration for electroplating. The filter units are designed to purify the operating baths for suspended micro impurities less than micron. The innovative design of filtration offers easy change / or cleaning of discs. The increased filtration area absorbs considerable quantity of activated Carbon.
 
     
 
Cartridge Type Filter
PP ( Polypropylene ) Cartridge Filters
Precision Hersteller filter unit are designed for wide range of electroplating baths from acidic to alkaline. The rubber parts are EPDM / VITON type and suitable for wide pH range. The filter units can operate up to 80 deg C solution temperature.
Cartridge Type Filter
 
     
 
Precision Hersteller offers it filter units with Cartridge stacking for achieving coarse filtration up to 10 microns. This is more suited for Phosphating baths wherein phosphate sludge is required to be removed.
The unique feature of filter units is the easy shifting from cartridge type to PP plates type or vice a versa, using the same filter chamber assembly.
Oil Separators
Precision Hersteller introduces a filter unit which is designed to filter off oil ( water insoluble phase ) especially for alkaline cleaner baths by a special material to adsorb oil on its fine surface leaving the operating bath oil free. The adsorbed oil can be squeezed out or centrifuged to reuse the adsorbing material. This facilitates to extend the life of operating baths and reduces the load on effluent treatments.
 
Mechanism Of Filteration
The unfiltered solution enters the PP Plates / Cartridges which faces the barrier. Only filtered solution is collected at the center which then pushed out from outlet.
 
Pleated / woven cartridges made up of poly propylene fine material Increased filtration area offers excellent efficiency. Fine pore filter papers thickness 1 to 1.5 mm offers ultra fine filter media & can absorb carbon particles for additional treatment. Special SS spring hose which does not crimp or enlarge while bending and offers excellent flexibility is provided with filter units
