Electroless Nickel Plating Chemicals

Electroless Nickel Plating Chemicals

High and medium phosphorus chemistry with high deposition rate and unique uniformity of coating.

Overview

Marshal EN electroless nickel systems cover the high (10–12%) and medium (8–10%) phosphorus ranges, plus room-temperature alkaline formulations for ABS plastics.

High Phosphorus (10–12%)

Semi-bright, non-magnetic amorphous deposits with high corrosion resistance of up to 1000 hours salt spray.

Key Features

  • Semi-bright deposits
  • High corrosion resistance (up to 1000 hrs salt spray for thickness above 25 microns)
  • Non-magnetic, amorphous structure
