Design Features
Basket Design
- Welded 10×10 mm bar construction
- 5×5 SS mesh, 2 mm thick, welded inside the frame
- Tapered bottom for even material distribution
Low-Profile Basket Mounting
- Basket mounting taken below the main base frame
- Reduces the overall height of the machine
Basket Unloading Stopper
- Mechanical stopper for the home position
- Second stopper for the tilting position
Pneumatic Brake
- Instant braking of the spinning basket
- Stops the basket at the home position
- Guides the dowel pin at the base of the basket
Forklift Loader
- Rail-and-slider linear motion guide
- Smooth, repeatable material loading
U-Frame Adjustment
- Mechanical nut-and-bolt home-position adjustment
- Holds the U-frame at exactly 90 degrees
Basket Movement
- Pneumatic cylinder drive
- Moves the basket from the loading position to the paint-tank centre
Basket Tilting
- Stepper motor with gearbox arrangement
- Controlled tilt for unloading
