A specialty organic water-based polymer coat for extended corrosion protection of zinc and zinc-alloy electroplated components — typically over 600 hrs SST.
Overview
Top coats are well suited over a wide range of zinc flake coatings to offer:
- Uniform, smooth coating with low COF value
- Extended additional corrosion protection
- Covers the shrinkage of the base coat
- Can be applied by spray or dip-spin technique
- Suitable for fine-threaded components
- Available in silver, black and blue colours

A black water-based top coat, available in matt and glossy finishes, suitable over all types of passivated zinc plated components.
